Cancellation policy

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it is shipped. Please send an email to return@fitframe.nl with your order number, and we will take care of the cancellation. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
