The Team

We are a team of Dutch entrepreneurs with a shared passion for fitness and calisthenics. Our belief is simple: strength training should be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience, available space, or lifestyle. Fitness shouldn’t be confined to the gym. It should fit seamlessly into your home.

The Problem

Fitframe was born out of personal frustration with existing home pull-up bars. Even though we loved going to the gym and calisthenics parks, sometimes we just wanted to squeeze in a quick workout at home. However, the pull-up bars available didn’t quite meet our needs. Traditional doorway bars often feel unsafe, can damage doorframes, and limit freedom of movement. Freestanding bars offer more space, but are often unstable and take up too much room. Wall-mounted bars are sturdy, yet visually intrusive. Not something you want permanently dominating your living space. In short, existing solutions fall short in effectiveness, convenience, and design.

The Solution

This led to a simple but powerful idea:

   What if a pull-up bar could be both highly functional and beautifully integrated into your interior?

Thus, FITFRAME was born: the world’s first adjustable pull-up bar that can be hidden behind a picture frame. In seconds, you can unfold the FITFRAME Pull-Up Bar and adjust it to your preferred height, making it suitable for different body heights and exercises, such as pull-ups, hanging leg raises, and straight bar dips. When you’re done with your workout, you can fold it back just as quickly and cover it with the FITFRAME Frame, to blend it seamlessly into your home.

Our mission goes beyond a single product. We aim to merge fitness and interior design into a new category of home fitness solutions. By bringing the gym into the home, without sacrificing convenience or aesthetics, we strive to remove barriers to daily movement.
