1. Pre-Order Products
Some of our products are offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product will not be shipped immediately.
Shipping is scheduled to begin on April 30, 2026. Delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days from the date of shipment.
While we are committed to this shipping schedule, unforeseen production or logistical circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment if you do not wish to wait. Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Shipping Methods
Shipping is arranged via a trusted courier or logistics partner. The specific carrier may vary depending on destination.
We offer standard shipping only. Delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days from the date of shipment.
3. Shipping Costs
Orders of €300 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under €300, a flat-rate shipping fee of €59 applies.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment and are determined based on the total order value.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Germany
- Spain
- France
- United Kingdom
- Italy
- Portugal
- Switzerland
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
There are no hidden import, tax, or customs fees charged upon delivery.
5. Risk & Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. FITFRAME is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Order Updates
We will provide updates regarding your pre-order, including:
- Confirmation of your order
- Confirmation when shipping begins
- Tracking information once the product has been shipped

7. Delays
While we aim to meet the scheduled shipping date of April 30, 2026, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen production or logistical circumstances. If a significant delay arises, we will notify you promptly and provide appropriate options, including the possibility to cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment.

Pre-ordered products are eligible for returns and refunds in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for full details regarding returns, warranty, and damaged or defective items.
